it will be great if i may get something based on segments

like if you have convention hotel
you are not sure that how much
time will it take to crack the deal
and in the mean time what should be the right vision statement for the other bookings coming for the same dates

Another thing, what all criteria or factors shall we keep ready with us for the projection of any month or financial year
